Dr. Jeffrey Woodard
As a clinical psychologist licensed by the State Board of Psychology in
Virginia, Dr. Woodard has experience in many areas of mental health, including
depression, anxiety, personality problems, substance abuse, addiction( including
sexual and internet), stress management, bereavement, financial stress, Asperger's Disorder
insomnia, relationship problems, spiritual crises, chronic illness, career
problems, parenting difficulties, behavioral disorders, trauma, and adjustment
to life transitions.
During the initial consultation, Dr. Woodard will
help you define your treatment goals and discuss the type of therapy, or
treatment modality, which will best work for you. Dr. Woodard works with adults,
adolescents, and couples, to provide practical ways to approach some of life's
